The Customer Service Bot, an intelligent automated customer service system, represents the new generation of online customer service in the form of IM or WEB robot. This new concept makes the service robot respond to requests quickly in natural language when chatting with customers, giving solutions in the process of conversation. The robot system can help the enterprise reduce the customer service cost, enhance enterprise image and improve users' experience.
In September 2006, Incesoft made a customer service robot system - Mr. HEAD (http://header.stcsm.gov.cn:8888/robotcrm/bigwebbot/im.htm) for Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality and got nice appraise. Then we made a robot for Shanghai Food and Drug Administration (http://www.shfda.gov.cn/gb/node2/node3/index.html) and another customer service robot for Shanghai Municipal Labour & Social Security Bureau. Now Incesoft is negotiating cooperation with some large companies including banks about the service robot applications. We can also customize the Customer Service robot system according to customer's requirements.
